How much does a property valuation cost?
A valuation for selling or renting is free and with no obligation: tell us about your property and we will get back to you. If instead you need a formal or sworn appraisal (perizia giurata) — for courts, banks or inheritance procedures, for example — we are qualified valuers: this is a paid service, with fees generally between 100 € and 300 € depending on complexity. Contact us for a quote.
Which areas do you cover?
Our office is in Caltanissetta, but we work across the whole country: we handle properties for sale and for rent all over Italy.
Where can I see all your listings?
In the Listings section of this website and on the three leading Italian property portals: immobiliare.it, idealista and casa.it, with photos, details and direct contact information.
What exactly do you do?
Sale and rental of apartments, villas, penthouses, retail units, offices, warehouses and land; free valuations for sellers, sworn appraisals on request and full advice at every stage, from the first viewing to the signing of the notarial deed (rogito).

Do you also handle inheritance and land registry procedures?
Yes. We handle inheritance declarations (dichiarazione di successione), land registry transfers (voltura catastale) and the registration of rental contracts with the Italian tax authority (Agenzia delle Entrate), taking care of every formality.
Do you issue the Energy Performance Certificate (APE)?
Yes: our qualified technician draws up the APE, the document required by law to sell or rent out a property in Italy.
Can you help me with the mortgage too?
Of course. We will guide you in choosing the mortgage best suited to your needs, with the support of our partner banks.
Do you have an engineer at the agency?
Yes. We work with an engineer for sworn appraisals, technical assessments, building permit applications and design work: complete support for every need.
